Lesson 16

Own Lesson Plan

This class session is mainly devoted to reviewing the previous material. In addition, you may decide to introduce a topic of your choice (short & simple, this should not take up more than 15 minutes). Basically, this is your chance to plan and teach your own session. You should plan to play games or sing songs that review the vocabulary. Keep things fun and active. In order to plan this session, you will have to meet with one of the teaching assistants at least once. Schedule an appointment and come to the meeting prepared (i.e. with a detailed lesson plan).

Suggestions:

  • Hobbies chain
  • Clown (page 19 of Deutschbuch, dii-19.pdf)
  • Song: Der Kuckuck und der Esel
